Toni M. Broberg serves as the president of AT&T Arizona and New Mexico. Previously, she was director of external and legislative affairs for AT&T Arizona. As president, Broberg leads all external, government and public affairs efforts in the states, focused on supporting infrastructure investment and community engagement statewide.
Prior to joining AT&T in 2013, Broberg served in the White House as deputy associate director for communities at the Council on Environmental Quality and as senior advisor for congressional affairs for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Her career has spanned state, local and federal government affairs positions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master’s in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and currently serves on the boards for Jobs for Arizona Graduates and the American Heart Association Executive Committee and on the business board of advisors for the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators. She lives in Phoenix with her husband, Kevin.
